Reformer Classes
Reformer Foundations is your introduction to how we move at The Mvement Studio — with a little more time and space to settle in. This class follows the same structured, evidence-based methodology as Level 1, focused on building strength, improving mobility, and developing better movement patterns that carry into everyday life.
The difference? We slow things down slightly to give you more room to understand, feel, and build confidence within the system.
Perfect for: Those new to the reformer, returning after a break, or anyone who wants a more supported introduction before progressing to Level 1.
Matwork Classes
Yoga 30 is your weekly reset. A 30-minute, mobility-focused session designed to help you start the week feeling clear, open, and ready to move well. This isn’t about extremes or performance. It’s about giving your body space to recover, restore, and move more freely.
Through controlled, intentional sequences, we focus on improving range of motion, reducing stiffness, and bringing your system back to balance. Calm. Grounded. Human.
You’ll develop: Greater mobility and ease of movement Reduced tension and stiffness A clearer, more focused headspace.
Expect: A slower pace, guided breathing, and simple, effective movement.
Apply Classes
Circuit is where we take your movement and put it to work. This class is designed to build strength and elevate your heart rate through structured, station-based training on the reformer. You’ll move through a series of timed intervals, applying the same principles you’ve learned — control, alignment, and intention — under increased demand. This isn’t chaos. It’s organised intensity. We use load, tempo, and transitions to challenge your strength, coordination, and capacity — while maintaining the standard of movement that defines Mvement.
You’ll develop: Full-body strength under fatigue, the ability to maintain control as intensity rises and conditioning that supports real life, not just the studio.
Expect: A faster pace, clear structure, and a physically demanding session — without losing purpose.

Not sure where you fit? Most people begin with Level 1. If you’re returning from injury or time away, Foundation is a supportive place to start. You can always move between levels as your confidence grows.
